AWARD NOMINATIONS FOR 2008-2009

DUE DATE: August 5, 2009

Submit nomination forms via E-mail to each of the members of the Awards Committee. Hard copies of any ancillary or supplementary materials should be mailed to Jane Rustin, Awards Committee Co-Chair, at the address below. These materials will then be reviewed by all committee members at the August meeting in Boone. Additional information on the  Committee's Charge and Duties can be found here.

Rules for submitting nominations:

  1. Please submit only one nomination per award.
  2. All nominations (except for Lifetime Achievement Awards) should be for achievements between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009.
  3. Only NCPLDA members may submit nominations.
  4. Additional Criteria and Category information available: Library Specific Awards, Personal Awards, and Library Facility Awards
